Fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual obligations;

Legitimate interests of the Controller (event management, communication).

Sensitive data: deleted after the event concludes.
Administrative/fiscal data: retained for 7 years.
Multimedia content: stored until consent is withdrawn.
