These Terms and Conditions govern the registration process for participation in the event ICD2026, organized by ICD Italian District (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”).
By registering for the event, participants agree to comply with these terms in full.
- Registration Procedure
Registration must be completed via the official online form available on https://icd2026.com.
Registrations will be confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from the Organizer.
Each participant is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date personal information.
- Fees and Payment

Participation in ICD2026 may be subject to a registration fee, as specified on the official website.
Payment must be made through the available methods
- Changes and Cancellations
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, speakers, schedule, or venue if necessary, even without prior notice.
In case of force majeure (e.g. pandemics, natural disasters, governmental restrictions), the Organizer may reschedule or cancel the event.
If the participant is unable to attend, a cancellation policy (including possible refund deadlines) will apply, as outlined during registration.
- Data Protection
Personal data collected during registration will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

- Photography and Filming
By registering, participants grant the Organizer permission to capture and use photographs and video footage taken during the event for promotional, informational, and archival purposes.
Anyone who does not wish to appear in such media must inform the Organizer in writing prior to the event.
- Liability
The Organizer is not liable for personal injuries, accidents, theft, or loss of property during the event. Participants are encouraged to arrange their own travel and health insurance coverage.
- Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy.
Any disputes arising in connection with the event shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan
